- Monthly stays: cancellation policy is 30 days or more
- 100% payment due at time of booking the reservation on short term bookings.
- 100% refund with 14 days notice of cancellation.
- 50% refund with less than 14 days notice.
- Reservations recommended and can be booked up to 4 months prior to arrival, based on availability.

- One dog only is allowed in Condos and Peak Home for a fee of $250 + tax (non refundable).
