Please note that RV units coming into the resort are required to be less than 15 years old, in excellent condition and well maintained.  Older RV units may be allowed on a case by case basis, which will require a photo and in-person viewing by management.  Holiday Park Resort has been here since 1983 and many existing units in the resort are older than 15 years, however these are permanent residences that have been here for many years and are permitted to stay providing they are kept in excellent condition.
