Holiday Park Resort Well Water Information
Holiday Park Resort is on well water. Water softeners are installed in our rental condos and are recommended for RV units staying in the resort.
Where are you located?
We are located 5 km north of the Kelowna International Airport and 2 km south of Winfield in Lake Country. Turn off Hwy 97 on Commonwealth Road.
What are your hours of operation?
We Are Open Year Round, 7 days/week:
Oct. 1 – May 31 (low season) open 8:00 am – 8:00 pm
Jun. 1 – Sept. 30 (high season) open 8:00 am – 9:00 pm
What time can I check in?
For RV sites check-in is 1:00 pm; for Vacation Condos it is 4:00 pm.
Is a security deposit required at check in?
Yes, a credit card and valid photo ID are required to check you into your RV Site or Condo.
What do I do if I arrive after hours?
Security is on site 24/7 — just use the radio located at the entrance gate to call Security and they will check you in. It is advised that you call the resort reservations department or front desk to advise that you will be arriving late.
What time do I have to check out?
For RV sites check-out is 11:00 am; for Vacation Condos it is 10:00 am.
What is your cancellation policy?
Notice of 30 days is required on long-term bookings. Notice less than 14 days before arrival date receives a 50% refund if cancelled. Once checked in, early departures receive 25% refund.
What services does my RV site have?
RV sites are fully serviced with connection to water, sewer, hydro and cable, all of which are included in the nightly rate.
How many people can stay in my Condo?
Studio sleeps 2, one bedroom sleeps 4, two bedroom sleeps 6 and three bedroom sleeps 8.
Can I bring my pet?
If you are staying in an RV site pets are welcome as long as they are kept on leash unless using the off leash dog park located within the Resort. If you are checking into a Condo, a $250 plus tax non refundable fee is required.
Can I bring a tent?
Holiday Park Resort does not offer tenting or tent trailer spots. All units must be self-contained motor homes, 5th wheels, travel trailers, campers or camper vans with holding tanks and connections to sewer and water. Porta-potties are not permitted.

Can I boat on Duck Lake?
Motorized boats are not permitted on the shoreline of HPR. Motorized boats on any other area of Duck (Ellison) Lake require a permit from the City of Kelowna. You may rent a kayak, canoe, paddle boat and life jackets from the Activity Centre, however the resort does not have a boat launch for motorized boating.
When is the bill due for my maintenance fees?

What activities do you offer for children?
The Resort features a fully staffed Activity Centre with games, crafts, activities for children as well as sports equipment rental for all ages. We have 2 family friendly pools (indoor and outdoor), playgrounds, seasonal bike rentals, basketball and tennis courts. Special events and activities for children are often featured on special holidays and during the summer months. Please check our Activities & Events calendar for scheduled activities.
How many pools do you have?
We have 1 family indoor pool and hot tub, 1 family outdoor pool and hot tub, 1 adult lap pool and 1 adult conversation pool and hot tub.
I am staying in a Condo, do I get any housekeeping?
In our ongoing effort to support the environment, we have made a small change to our cleaning schedule. We no longer provide mid-week cleans to help reduce waste and conserve resources. Instead, we have added extra supplies for your convenience, including additional towels, toiletries, and other essentials. We appreciate your understanding and support as we work together to create a more sustainable stay. If you need anything else, please do not hesitate to reach out! Do you offer cribs and highchairs for infants?
Yes we provide playpens and highchairs if requested, along with linens for the playpen. It is advised to call ahead and let the Resort know you require these items.
How do I find out when my timeshare week begins?
If you know your week number, check our online Timeshare Calendar. If you do not know your week number, contact Reservations 1-800-752-9678 or email reservations@sweetlife.com to confirm the dates of your week and usage available.
How can I book with my Coast to Coast or RPI Membership?
Contact Coast to Coast or RPI directly in order to use these memberships. We offer a 10% discount off rack rates if you wish to book directly through Holiday Park Resort reservations department.

From Kelowna to Vancouver is approx. 400 km via Route 97 C (The Connector) and Highway 5 (Coquihalla Highway).

What is the age restriction on RV's permitted in the resort?
RV units are required to be less than 15 years old, in excellent condition and well maintained. Older RV units may be allowed on a case by case basis, which will require a photo and in-person viewing by management prior to checking in. Holiday Park Resort reserves the right to refuse or terminate a booking if an RV unit does not meet our requirements.
Holiday Park Resort has been here since 1983 and many existing units in the resort are older than 15 years, however these are permanent residences that have been here for many years and are permitted to stay providing they are kept in excellent condition.
How far in advance can I book a reservation?
RV site rentals can be booked in advance and Condos can be booked four months or less in advance.
