10a.m. Tuesday Thursday Friday – Recreation Centre
An early morning stretch Yoga class specifically designed for seniors.
A different series of Yoga poses will be done each day of the week which emphasize balance, flexibility, breathing, and relaxation.
You will just need to wear comfortable clothes and bring a Yoga Mat. The participants will be guided through the various poses via a CD recording.
